The prompt list is generated from prompts/list at runtime. Prompt arguments and availability can change with the configured templates and desktop services.
Use src/generated/mcp-prompts.json as the verified snapshot. Prompt output is an instruction template, not a guarantee that a model or a network provider is available.
The verified no-dependency baseline advertises no prompts. Configured templates may add prompts at runtime; clients should always call prompts/list before using one.
